PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Our 30 day Intro Program is designed to condition you from head to toe, improving your strength and cardiovascular fitness while challenging your balance, coordination, and flexibility. Plus you will learn cool aerial sling tricks in the sky! We encourage you to complete at least 15 classes in the next 30 days to see the best results.
SKY HIGH CLUB
After you complete your first 15 classes you are officially in our Sky High Club . You will receive a Sky Barre charm keychain and your next Sky Barre charm. The more classes you take the more charms you earn and you get a Sky Barre scrapbook to document your progress
We offer a range of classes including our exclusive Sky Barre 101 workout, low aerial tricks classes, indoor rowing, sky stretch, and much more.
