CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Here is a list of classes that beginner students can take with us!

When looking at the schedule any class labeled “beginner” or “all levels” is appropriate.

AERIAL YOGA BOOTCAMP (ALL LEVELS)

A 50 minute aerial bootcamp fusing barre, Pilates, cardio, HITT, TRX and a touch of circus play on low aerial sling.

AERIAL YOGA TRICKS MIXED BAG (BEGINNER)

This class is designed to go over basic tricks on the aerial sling and will help build your foundations.

AERIAL YOGA FLOW & TRICKS (BEGINNER)

Half beginner aerial yoga flow, half beginner aerial tricks.

AERIAL YOGA FLOW (BEGINNER)

Uses suspended fabric hammocks to enhance traditional yoga poses, promoting flexibility, strength, and balance in a fun, gravity-defying practice.

AERIAL YOGA RESTORE & FLOW (ALL LEVELS)

Indulge in a rejuvenating experience designed to promote relaxation and flexibility, this class takes traditional yoga to new heights by incorporating the support of aerial silks

BEGINNER LYRA TRICKS (BEGINNER)

Learn stunning maneuvers, shapes, and spins on this beautiful apparatus. This conditioning class is focused on learning tricks and transitions; no choreography.

SLING AFTER DARK (ALL LEVELS)

Come fly with us after hours under our blacklights! A feast for your eyes and body! Wear neon colors and get your glow on! You will learn a fun upbeat routine.

LYRA AFTER DARK (ALL LEVELS)
